Schedule G: Engineer Certification Requirements for Condominium Registration
This guide outlines the engineer’s responsibilities for completing Schedule G as part of the condominium registration process. It explains the information that must be entered, how applicable certification items should be selected, and the requirements for signatures, professional seals and original certificates. The sample Schedule G identifies which matters may be certified by structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineers, including floor assemblies, underground garages, water and sewage services, heating and ventilation, air conditioning, electrical systems and swimming pools. The document also includes the relevant Schedule G provisions under Ontario Regulation 48/01 of the Condominium Act, 1998.
