METRO TORONTO CONVENTION CENTRE
The Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) is a cornerstone of Toronto’s business and event landscape. Since opening in 1984, the Centre has hosted over 21,000 events and welcomed more than 65 million visitors, making it one of Canada’s most prominent venues for conventions, trade shows, and cultural gatherings.
Located in the heart of downtown, the MTCC spans over 600,000 square feet of flexible event space, including seven exhibit halls, two ballrooms, and 77 meeting rooms. Its location, steps from Union Station, the CN Tower, and major hotels, makes it a hub for global connection and economic impact.
The MTCC is also undergoing a multi-phase transformation as part of the Union Park redevelopment, a sweeping plan to revitalise 45 acres of Toronto’s core. Future upgrades include a new public park above the railway corridor, enhanced pedestrian access, and integrated event spaces that better connect the North and South Buildings of the Centre.
With sustainability, innovation, and accessibility at the forefront, the Toronto Convention Centre continues to evolve as a world-class destination for business, culture, and community. Krcmar is proud to contribute to the progress of this landmark site.
