Waldemar is a project Director with 21 years’ experience specializing in Condominiums, construction, and development. He was licensed by the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors in 2016. Waldemar is a valued member of the Krcmar team since his tenure. Married and a proud parent of two amazing kids aged 12 and 14. Passionate about the outdoors and motorcycle riding. Noteworthy projects include contributing to the Billy Bishop Tunnel construction and conducting layout verification for the Bloor One construction.
